主讲人简介:
韩布兴,中国科学院化学研究所研究员,英国诺丁汉大学荣誉教授,中国科学院院士、发展中国家科学院院士。1982年毕业于河北科技大学(原河北化工学院)化学工程系,1985年在中国科学院长春应用化学研究所获硕士学位,1988年在中国科学院化学研究所获博士学位,1989至1991加拿大Saskatchewan大学做博士后研究。1991-1993任中国科学院化学研究所副研究员,1993年至今任中国科学院化学研究所研究员,1997年获国家杰出青年基金资助。
主要从事化学热力学与绿色化学的交叉研究,在超临界流体、离子液体等绿色溶剂体系化学热力学、绿色溶剂在化学反应和材料合成中的应用研究方面取得系统性成果。在 Science、Acc. Chem. Res.、Nat. Commun.、Sci. Adv.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.等期刊发表SCI收录论文600余篇,论文被引用20000余次,获国家专利30件,在重要学术会议做大会报告和邀请报告100余次。作为第一完成人获国家自然科学奖二等奖1项、北京市科学技术奖二等奖1项,获Elsevier出版社J. Colloid interf. Sci.期刊终身成就奖,作为非第一完成人获国家和省部级科技进步奖3项。
现任创新中国智库首席科学家、中国化学会化学热力学与热分析专业委员会主任,中国能源科技产业学会副会长, 曾任国际纯粹与应用化学联合会(IUPAC)绿色化学分会主席、IUPAC第三学部领衔委员等,2007年被选为英国皇家化学会Fellow;担任Green Chem.、《科学通报》、《物理化学学报》期刊副主编,Chem. Sci.、ChemSusChem、J. Supercritical Fluids、J. Chem. Thermodyn.、中国科学(化学)等10余种期刊的编委或顾问编委。
Brief Introduction of Professor Buxing Han
Buxing Han, professor at Institute of Chemistry; Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS); Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences; The Academy of Sciences for the Developing World; Fellow of Royal Society of Chemistry.
He received B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering at Hebei University of Science and Technology in 1982, M.S. degree in Inorganic Chemistry at Changchun Institute of Applied Chemistry, CAS in 1985, Ph.D. degree in Physical Chemistry at Institute of Chemistry, CAS in 1988, and did postdoctoral research in Chemical Engineering at the University of Saskatchewan, Canada from 1989 to 1991. He was associate professor at Institute of Chemistry, CAS during 1991-1993, and has been a professor at the Institute since 1993.
His research interests include physicochemical properties of green solvent systems and application of green solvents in green chemistry, especially on transformation of CO2 and biomass into valuable chemicals and fuels. He has published more than 600 papers in peer-reviewed scientific journals, such as Science, Nat. Commun., J. Am. Chem. Soc., Angew. Chem. Int. Ed., Chem. Rev., Acc. Chem. Res., and the papers have been cited more than 20000 times. He has also published 30 patents, and has presented more than 100 plenary or invited lectures at different conferences.
He is a Chief Scientist of China Innovation Think Tank; Vice President of Energy Technology Industry Association of China; Chairman of Thermodynamics and Thermal Analysis Committee, Chinese Chemical Society. Former Chairman of Subcommittee on Green Chemistry of International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry (IUPAC), and former Titular Member of Division III of IUPAC. He is Associate Editors of Green Chem., and is serving more than 10 other peer-reviewed scientific journals as Associate Editor, Editorial Board Member or International Advisory Board Member, such as Chem. Sci., ChemSusChem, Sci. China Chem., J. Supercritical Fluids, J. Chem. Thermodyn.

主讲人简介:
张益唐,著名数学家,1982年毕业于北京大学数学系,1984年获北京大学数学硕士学位,1992年获美国普渡大学博士学位。曾于新罕布夏大学数学系任教,现任加州大学圣塔芭芭拉分校数学系教授。
张益唐教授主要研究方向为解析数论。2013年5月,张益唐教授在《数学年刊》发表《素数之间的有界距离》,证明了“存在无穷多差小于7000万的相邻素数对”,在孪生素数猜想的研究上取得了重大突破。《自然》杂志在网上以“突破性消息”为标题快速通报了这一成果。由于在数论领域的的杰出成就,张益唐教授先后于2013年获得晨兴数学杰出成就奖、Ostrowski奖, 2014年获得美国数学会Cole数论奖、Rolf Schock数学奖、美国MacArthur天才奖和求是杰出科学奖等著名奖项,并受邀在2014年国际数学家大会作一小时压轴大会报告。
Brief Introduction of Professor Zhang Yitang
Yitang Zhang is a famous mathematician working in the area of number theory. He received his B.Sc. Degree in mathematics in 1982 and obtained his M.Sc. degree as a graduate student of Professor Pan Chengbiao in 1984 at Peking University. In 1992 he obtained his Ph.D. in mathematics at Purdue University. He worked at University of New Hampshire from 1999 to 2014 and now he is a professor at University of California, Santa Barbara.
Professor Zhang’s main research interests is prime numbers and analytic number theory. In 2013 he published the paper “Bounded Gaps Between Primes” on Annals of Mathematics, in which he proved that there are infinite many pairs of prim numbers that differ by 70 million or less, thus making a great breakthrough on the twin prime conjecture. Due to his outstanding work in mathematics, he was awarded the 2013 Morningside Special Achievement Award in Mathematics, the 2013 Ostrowski Prize, the 2014 Frank Nelson Cole Prize in Number Theory and the 2014 Rolf Schock Prize in Mathematics. He is also a recipient of the 2014 MacArthur award, and was elected as an Academia Sinica Fellow during the same year. He was invited to give one hour final plenary lecture at the 2014 International Congress of Mathematicians.
